Ange & Chris
Ange's love of wildflowers inspired the theme of the wedding. Both her and Chris wanted burgandy, pink, orange and white to be the main colours with pops of bright colour. I used a wide range of colourful, small natives across the entire wedding. The bouquets were wild and unstructured, each one a little different from the next. At the reception I created two hanging installations made up of greenery with little wildflowers coming through. The guest tables were decorated with 160 mini arrangements in recycled bottles which I had been collecting for months to further create that boho / rustic feel. Throughout the arrangements I put greenery and candles in glass jars. The bridal table featured a large arrangement in the middle, I utilised the bridesmaids bouquets to add to the arrangement – and take them off their hands when it was time to dance!
Emily & Chris
This is the wedding that started it all! I was bridesmaid for my best friend and she asked if I could collect some greenery for the three hanging ladders in the venue. Her theme was Australian and South African natives so I was able to forage plenty of wildflowers and greenery. The reception was beautifully rustic, taking place in the barn at Adam's Peak Estate. The hanging greenery added an important layer to the venue and complimented the gorgeous wood and tin textures within the space.
