Luxe boho styled shoot

An intimate luxe boho setting featuring earthy tones & textures, with a touch of femininity from fresh whites & soft dusty pink.

Last year during restrictions, I was longing to get creative so I decided to do a mini styled shoot at my sisters beautiful cottage with exposed bricks & rafters. The space features all white walls & ceilings combined with warm timber finishings - the windows, doors, tables & chairs. I really wanted to compliment these neutral colours so I selected beautiful earthy textural dried ingredients, & contrasted them with luxe whites. I added some pops of dusty pinks in there for a soft feminine feel.

Because of the large scale hanging installation above, I opted for simple table styling including a mix of bud vases and candles. All of the pots were found pieces from op shops that I painted white for a luxe boho vibe. I picked up some of the colours in the installation with a beautiful dark rust linen table runner & styled it with gold feature glasses & open pillar candles for an authentic boho feel.

Spoiler: my sister was not thrilled when she got home from her last day of her teaching term to this OTT setup in her dining room - but the images made it totally worth it!
